The Board directs the management of the business and affairs of the organization including the finance, personnel, planning, policies, facilities, and public relations of IWAM
There are between 7 and 12 Board members at any time. At least two thirds of the members are immigrants living in Winnipeg. All Board members are volunteers and dedicate between 5 and 20 hours of their time every month.
